On Valentine's Day 2009, I performed at Stacey's Coffee Parlor, an independent coffee shop in Falls Church Virginia; Don Ziegler accompanied me on classical guitar and we performed for about an hour.

Timeless indeed. An impressive collection of music that sends me back to simpler times when life wasn't so darn complicated and love was all that mattered whether it hurt you or not. After recently going through a messy break-up this is just what I needed to perk my spirits up. Music like this inspires deep introspection and I'm liking what I'm seeing and hearing. There is hope over that rainbow...who would have thought?

I had the pleasure attend the debut event for the CD with Charles J and friends. My wife and I both enjoyed that event and this CD immensely! It certainly took me back to my childhood; gathered in the family room with Mom on the piano, and family singing many of these timeless standards. As soon as we received the CD we played and enjoyed it immensely! Charles J has taken these timeless songs and made them his own through a purist approach and a powerful crooner style complimented by an excellent piano accompaniment. I highly recommend this CD to those who can get comfortable, relax and just enjoy a tenor doing his thing!
